Pony Ride & Ranch/Nature Walk (Wed)
Enjoy a long hour with your child (ages 2.5 to 10) and your very own pony.
Cost: $25 for a pony rental for an adult and child. Additional adults are $5 so bring a grandparent!
Here at HorsePlay we don’t just jump on ponies without first greeting them by name, and get to know their little personalities. Petting and grooming your little pony will give you and your children an chance to do this and for your Little to absorb the amazing feeling of being next to a big, gentle beast!! Remember that to a little person these little ponies are still BIG creatures!
Mom will then learn how to lead their own horse first before we head out! Don’t worry, its easy… if you’ve ever had to manage a toddler with a temper tantrum then by comparison… leading a pony is a piece of cake!! (However if you would rather a handler take control one can be provided.)
Once everyone is comfortable, and ponies are saddled, then we will take a gentle wander through a lovely treed pasture. We will go look for the owl family, visit the troll tree, go see the cows, and maybe spot ‘Squirrel’ the llama.
Schedule in 2 hours as kids will want to play with the bunnies, feed chickens and play in our giant sand pile. The coffee pot will be on for mamas that want to relax while the kids play!
