🌷Spring Ranch Adventure Camps

April 21 – 25 (Mon to Fri)
Recommended age 5 to 8 years old.
Full and Half Day options

Five days of ponies and ranch life, and the chores that go with animals their size.

Every child gets their own pony wrangler who will constantly aide the instructor in teaching kids how to be safe around ponies and horses in all areas of learning.  Basic horsemanship skills include catching, haltering, grooming, tacking up, mounting and, of course, riding!

Wranglers will keep their kids on a lead-line as they learn their seat and balance.  They will leave the main ranch on different adventures each day.  As kids gain their individual confidence, the instructor and wranglers will help them learn how to use reins and ride on their own!  If a child is content to stay on a lead line that is fine too!

Other activities include ranch inspired agricultural/educational activities, bale tag, taking care of small animals,  or simply grabbing some quiet time with a hot chocolate in the bunkhouse. Ranch kids will be receiving a ranch work/activity book with ranch related puzzles and activities, room to press in treasures they have found, attach crafts they have made, and pages to journal about their favourite pony or horse. It is a really great memory book to keep and review with family at home.

5 Full Days: $600 plus GST or 5 Half Days: $500 plus GST (1pm to 4pm)

What Kids Need to Bring:

  • Their own water bottle that they can tie to a saddle.
  • A hearty lunch with a few extra snacks.

  • Wear cowboy boots, or winter boots with a heal and warm socks.
  • A properly fitted helmet and warm gloves.
  • Any personal medication that may be required.
  • Please ensure helmets fit and that hair is flat (no braids or ponytails) so that helmet fits snug against the head.

  • A variety of HorsePlay and Ranch Merchandise onsite that can also be pre-ordered and set aside for pick-up!
