Big Rock Ranch is open to any special event idea, whether it is for a school field trip, Stampede party, corporate clinic, workshop or a team building day… Big or Small, we are happy to give you space.

Please send an email to horseplayranchadventures@gmail.com and be sure to include the approximate number of attendees, the nature of the event, along with a selection of dates so that we can easily book a day.  We will get back to you with options and add-on ideas to make your event memorable.

For example:

To book a Basic Bunkhouse Garden / Ranch Party  is $300 with a duration of 2-3 hrs.  This give you a rustic, western outdoor venue with use of the bunkhouse for all amenity needs.  Includes an outdoor BBQ, 3 benches to sprawl and relax on, glass table with 4 chairs, as well as extra collapsible tables and chairs.  Seating for 12 to 16.  More seating can be brought in if necessary.

Add-ons to consider would be to include ponies and/or horses to pet and enjoy within the garden space, a group craft (intricate or easy), ranch tour, or maybe a group lesson or a short trail ride for that team building group.

Extras/Uncontrollables:  Free range duck parades occur at random times and without warning, the rabbits might want to join your party streaking by in their birthday suits, and the chickens have low standards and can be easily lured with finger food!
