REGULAR RIDING PROGRAMMING – last updated August 27, 2026

PONY PLAY
The very first introduction to horses for the quieter/younger children ages 3 to 6. This is a gentle, parented class with a full hour of pony riding.

 

RANCH ADVENTURES
Parented adventures for kids, ages 4 to 8 yrs old (or age 3 if a couple of Pony Play classes have been mastered).  We leave the main ranch with the kids on their ponies and everyone learns about horses, ranch life and nature as we trek through pastures, creeks and cow herds, teaching as we go.

RANCH RIDING LESSONS
Beginner Western Riding Lessons building a solid foundation to ride with confidence.

Level 1 Starts out in the arena, practising stop and go, steering and control at a walk and graduating to a jog.

Level 2 Already has a strong foundation and wants to progress to harder drills and transitions.

‘Open’ Classes are designed to combine level 1 and 2 riders, in order to accommodate those evening and weekday schedules.

Adults are always welcome to join any class, however we now have an Adults only class on Saturdays!

Level 3 This class focuses on Performance Riding, where we do arena drills designed to become better Barrel Racers and Pole Benders.  Must own or lease your own horse. Haul-ins are welcome.

PeeWee trail class are for those youngsters that want to ride for a longer amount of time, enjoy doing cowboy challenges, and build confidence by putting miles on!
