Semi-Private Lessons
I always say ‘Just book me’ and then I’m hard to get chase down. (Sorry!) So here are some choices to help us all stay organised!

My goal is to help you with YOUR horse goals. Everyone’s journey is different, everyone started as a beginner somewhere and everyone’s horse is different. Just be honest with yourself, because the horse will ALWAYS know the truth and he or she will tell me loud and clear!

I give riding tips and instruction constantly in a relaxed, low pressure setting and I do enjoy celebrating with all riders their personal goals met and mastered. Learning about horses is a lifetime journey, and I myself love to learn about you and your horse. We don’t have a fancy place here, its old but does have character and a fabulous recently renovated 200 x 110 ft outdoor arena and sand round-pen. If its chilly out, cowgirl up and wear layers. Be willing and coachable. If you want to be praised for just staying upright, looking pretty, and don’t want to be challenged then consider scrolling on to find a different facility.

Other important information:
- The bunkhouse has a bathroom, kitchenette and a small lounge.
- There are pre-packaged granola bars and chips on site at minimal cost.
- Kari is certified in standard first aid and CPR.
- Please don’t feed the animals treats without permission.
- This is a real working ranch and the Carr family’s home, so there are various hazards such as free range animals and kids, fresh manure deposits that haven’t been picked up yet and ranch equipment at work.
- The owner, Kari, is the horse trainer, program director, toilet bowl cleaner, fence fixer, tractor driver, horse instructor, gardener and a homeschooling mom. She’s a little busy, so if you make a mess, please be considerate and pick up after yourself so she doesn’t have to. Thank you in advance.
