Mother’s Day Picnic with Ponies
A relaxing lead-line pony event for all ages. Includes a Mother’s Day gift making activity.
Moms are BUSY. And she’s thrilled to be honored on this weekend but maybe she’d like something simple and relaxing…if so this event is for her and the pony lovers.
Pack a picnic, bring the camera and come stroll around our beautiful tree pasture at your own pace with your lead line pony (no riding / no experience necessary).
There will be picnic blankets at strategic areas for your family to relax, eat and enjoy your mom and your pony. Little buckets will be available with brushes for the kids to groom their pony and braid manes.
A rustic photo area will be available for your family. There is no extra cost, just allow one of our workers to help you get organized with your pony and to help take your photo with your camera.
There are no challenges, games or goals. Just take an hour to relax with your family and enjoy a little equine therapy.
Mother’s Day Gift Activity:
Once your family has wandered back to return your pony you’ll then head over to the bunkhouse where your child will put together a lovely organic Mother’s Day gift using all natural products gathered from the ranch and the ponies!
Mom’s are encouraged to once again sit back, relax and enjoy the giggles! Allow one of our workers to help the children put together their gift for you. Maybe get dad to check out the old Cook Stove for coffee, tea and/or a sweet dessert. (Cash Only / Self Serve)
